Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of Maranhão (2018), postgraduate in Public Management and served as National Youth Councilor of the Presidency of the Republic, (2017-2023). He was technical advisor to the Municipal Youth Secretariat (2017), Communications advisor (2017-2020) and chief secretary of the Communications Advisory of the City Hall of São José de Ribamar (2020). During this period, he was a member of the UNICEF Seal Intersectoral Commission of São José de Ribamar - MA. He has experience in the area of Communication, with an emphasis on Social Media. He is a mediator of the Diction and Public Speaking courses - High-impact Communication and Political Training for Youth, in addition to being Treasurer Director of the Ulysses Guimarães Foundation. In 2022, he was part of the Coordination of the Youth GT of the Government Transition Office.
