Marcele Oliveira is a cultural producer, communicator and climate activist. Master of Ceremonies at Circo Voador and current executive director of Perifalab, she is a co-founder of the Climate is Change Coalition and a Young Climate Negotiator at the Rio Secretariat for the Environment and Climate, serving as a resident at the RioG20 Committee.
