Lucas Rocha is a journalist graduated from UFRJ and with a master's degree in State, Government and Public Policies from FLACSO Brasil and is responsible for the Y20 communications secretariat.
He has a professional and academic trajectory directly linked to international issues. With professional experience in vehicles such as Jornal do Brasil, Revista Fórum, Sputnik News agency and ICL Notícias, he also served as secretary general of MUNASUR Rio, an educational project of the Union of South American Nations (UNASUL) aimed at engaging youth with the organization international, in 2017, and was a university exchange student through the AUGM program at the University of Buenos Aires, in 2018.
Furthermore, he is a researcher and participant in the Rio carnival, parading annually in the samba schools of Rio de Janeiro.
