Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), a master's degree in Political Science from the same University and additional training in the area of International Relations at the University of Salamanca. He approached youth policies through his work in the social and student movement, having been General Coordinator of the UFRGS Central Student Directory.
He is currently an International Advisor at the National Youth Secretariat and representative of Brazil on the BRICS Youth Council, but he also has experience in international consultancy, education projects and legislative advice.
